What happens if our home loan finance is not approved?
Your deposit is 100% fully refundable. You receive a full refund of the $7,000 deposit if your home loan finance is not approved within 4 months. Funds remain protected in a solicitor’s trust account.
Do we have to pay progressive interest instalments during the build?
Zero ($0) progress payments. You pay nothing during the construction phase with zero interest drawdowns until your home is fully completed.
